Therapy is a place to slow down and really get to know yourself. A lot of people come in wanting to feel more connected—whether that’s in their relationships, in how they handle stress, or in the way they relate to themselves. You don’t need to be “broken” to benefit from therapy; it’s about making space for growth, clarity, and feeling more at ease in your life.
I bring warmth, curiosity, and respect into the work. My style is collaborative—I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all therapy. I pull from psychodynamic therapy, CBT, and mindfulness, but we’ll shape things to fit you. My goal is to help you feel understood and supported while also discovering new ways forward.
Therapy isn’t just about easing struggles—it’s about building self-awareness and a stronger relationship with yourself. My hope is that you leave sessions feeling grounded and understood, with tools you can carry into the rest of your life. If that resonates, I’d be glad to connect.
