The people I work with are often going through a lot — big transitions, heavy emotions, or situations that feel like more than anyone should have to handle on their own. Maybe they’re trying to rebuild stability, find some peace, or just make life feel a little less overwhelming day to day. Many are juggling mental health challenges, family stress, or the weight of past experiences while still trying to show up for themselves and the people they care about. What they really want is to feel seen, supported, and more in control of their lives again.
I help by providing calm, compassionate, person-centered support. With years of clinical experience, I focus on helping people build coping skills, understand their emotions, and take manageable steps toward stability and confidence. My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to what you need in the moment.
If this sounds like the kind of support you’re looking for, I want you to know you don’t have to go through things alone. I’m here to listen, understand, and walk through the hard parts with you whenever you’re ready.
