I trained at Columbia University and have practiced social work for 20+ years. My approach is eclectic and influenced by multiple perspectives, including psychodynamic, cognitive, and behavioral theories. I’m interested in the body and brain connection, as well as the healing power of self-compassion, mindfulness, and somatic practices.
