Hi, I’m Sabrina Feit (she/her). I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use concerns, life transitions, intrusive thoughts, and the patterns that can leave us feeling stuck. I believe therapy offers an opportunity to better understand yourself, make sense of your experiences, and explore meaningful change at a pace that feels realistic.
My approach to therapy is practical, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that meaningful progress begins with an honest look at where you are and where you want to be. My work is informed by CBT, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), while recognizing that every person’s needs are different.
I believe therapy works best when you can show up as yourself. You don’t need to have everything figured out before you begin. Clients often appreciate my directness, patience, and sense of humor. I strive to create a space where you can be honest, ask difficult questions, and develop a deeper understanding of yourself without judgment.
